 - also sea lions

First blog!

Japanese! I am very excited to learn Japanese as it's a very different language from English, Spanish, and Italian in regards to alphabet symbols as well as structure. I have lots of reasons for studying Japanese. I guess one of the biggest reasons why is because I am still in close touch with a few of my Japanese friends from highschool. I think would be pretty funny to surprise them by speaking Japanese with them. Other reasons I guess would be since I am interested in culture and anime. Another good reason is that there is this Japanese band I really like called Tricot, but to my knowledge they have never toured in the US yet, so hopefully one day I can visit them in Japan since they often have concerts there.
