One カタカナ I found very interesting was ジェットコースター. Supposedly, it translates to this:

ジェットコースタ(roller coaster)

I looked more into onomatopoeia since I thought they would be a bit more funny and wacky, so here are some of those カタカナ:

Here is another very interesting カタカナ I found,

イン・キー

It mean locking your keys inside your car. To me this one was the most surprising カタカナ since I would have never guessed that there would be a word for this.
